Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a style to help accommodate a mom-to-be’s body through all three trimesters. Providing a gentle way to a healthier pregnancy.

Swedish promotes many of the following benefits and is a great introduction to massage especially to those who are brand new to receiving massage therapy.

Is a great introduction to beginners to touch therapy, those receiving intensive treatments where massage is contraindicated towards, and to those who need a little bit of help with grounding.
