I’m a LMT & a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. I provide individualized massage care, every session with me will be thoughtfully tailored to the client’s needs. I offer Swedish, prenatal & postpartum, lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, post-surgical scar tissue release, headache relief, and deep tissue. I have a large focus in medical-based massage and advanced education in oncology massage. This allows me to safely adapt massage techniques for individuals at any stage of cancer treatment. My overall goal is to create a calm, supportive space where people can feel at ease in body and mind. I am certified in teaching infant massage through the Liddle Kidz Foundation. Outside of work, I spend my time with my two boys, ages 11 and 8. Being a mama is my favorite role in the world. We love playing video games, exploring outdoors & trying a new sushi place. We are a family of ani lovers and share our home with many furry friends who bring a lot of joy and laughter to our lives.
